Open Day at Relax & Grow: TIME to SHINE

Time to Shine - 2017 Summer Open Day

OPEN DAY SUMMER 2017: Join us on Saturday 22nd April for our first Open Day showcasing our new classes. We will be welcoming students from 3 years upwards as part of our Easter intake as well as new students onto our Diploma programmes.

The Open Day will take place at the Waitrose Community Room before classes start at our new regular venue which will be announced shortly. This means parents have easy access to free parking; can enjoy a great coffee and cake in the cafe just by the room; or carry out the weekly shop. It also means we can offer your first class of the day for free, and subsequent classes at a significant discount.

Takings from the day will go directly to new equipment for classes so we can offer even more!

Please see the schedule below:

Open Day Schedule

12-2pm Our youngest classes (3-8 years) have TIME to SHINE, starting with Pop Time (song & dance) followed by Freestyle IT (Freestyle/Cheer/Street and Party). These are fun classes with no compulsory uniform or contract tie in.

2-4pm Our intermediate classes (8-13 years) have TIME to SHINE, starting with Line Up (Freestyle/Cheer/Street and Line Dance). This is followed by Sing the Musicals (acting/singing/dance).

4-6pm Our Diploma/advanced classes (11+ years) – join in with our Level 1 Business & Tech modules or try out our advanced Musical Theatre class, or Diploma acting class work.

You can find more information about each class by using the links above which have more detail. These classes each have their own syllabus and have rosette/medal/diploma awards attached to them. Exams are entirely optional and only undertaken when a student is ready.

There will be class vouchers and tickets available on the day as well as the opportunity to win class tickets. There will also be books of class tickets available at a discount. This will be the only time they are available until just before Christmas.

We are committed to training adaptable students with essential life skills as well as performing skills. There are theatre trips, professional workshops and more on offer to students at all levels.

All classes and venues are accessible, and all abilities are welcome to attend our classes.

The perfect way to wear off all those Easter eggs!
